Who Am I?

I am a Bilingual Education Consultant & Family Advisor and I help families, educators and schools to create learning environments in which children can become proficient in two or more languages.

I do this by offering professional consultancy services that nurture the education and development of future multilingual global citizens.

I’ve been working in the field of language education for over 30 years, including 21 years as the director and founder of an IB World School, The Bilingual School of Monza (Milan, Italy).

I believe that multilingualism facilitates human understanding and contributes towards creating a more peaceful world (to hear me speak more about my mission and vision, please see the video below).

professional Background

I am a linguist and an educator: I speak four languages (Greek, English, Italian and French) and am a trained and qualified teacher. My experience as an educator extends in all sectors, from Day Care to Adult education, and has been consolidated through many years of working as a trainer, consultant and advisor with administrators, teachers and families.

My passion and experience in bilingual education comes not just from my professional and academic background but also from my personal life, having brought up, from birth, two trilingual children.

I have also served as a member of the European Council of International Schools English as a second Language-Mother Tongue committee and have presented at numerous international conferences on the topics of Bilingualism and Bilingual Education.
